Shipping & Returns

We ship across India and internationally — including the USA, UK, UAE, Canada, Australia, Singapore, and more. If you don't see your country at checkout or enquiry, message us on WhatsApp and we'll do our best to help.

• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
• Domestic (India) delivery: usually 3–7 business days.
• International delivery: usually 7–15 business days, depending on destination and customs.

Shipping charges are shown before you confirm your order. For international orders, any customs duties or import taxes charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

Once shipped, you can follow your order's live status — Placed, Confirmed, Shipped, Out for Delivery, Delivered — from your account dashboard, and via WhatsApp updates if you've opted in.

We offer a hassle-free exchange within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. To start an exchange, email info@divipraa.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order number.

For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings can be exchanged only if the seal is unbroken. Made-to-order and personalised pieces are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
