No. All Divipraa pieces are premium artificial (imitation) jewellery — gold-toned and emerald-inspired. They give you the sparkle of luxury without the weight or cost of real gold or natural gemstones.

Will the jewellery tarnish or irritate my skin?

Our pieces use a skin-friendly, long-lasting anti-tarnish plating. To keep them looking their best, avoid contact with water, perfume, and harsh chemicals, and store them in a dry pouch or box.

Yes! We now ship worldwide with insured, tracked delivery — including India, the USA, UK, UAE, Canada, Australia, and more.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Domestic (India) orders usually arrive in 3–7 business days. International orders typically take 7–15 business days depending on destination and customs.

Can I return an item or get a refund?

Accepted Answer

No. Divipraa does not offer refunds or returns. We only replace a piece that arrives genuinely damaged — and only if you raise the claim within 6 hours of delivery and send us a continuous parcel-opening (unboxing) video that clearly shows the damage to the jewellery itself. Damage to the outer packaging alone does not qualify.

Why do I need an unboxing video?

The unboxing video is the only evidence we accept for a replacement claim. Start recording before the parcel seal is cut and keep filming without pausing until every item is unwrapped. It protects both you and us, and it is what lets us approve genuine damage claims quickly.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

UPI only — via QR scanner, our UPI ID, or our UPI phone number — plus direct bank transfer (NEFT / IMPS / RTGS). Cash on delivery and card payments are not available.

Which currencies can I see prices in?

You can view approximate prices in ₹ (INR), $ (USD), £ (GBP), or AED using the currency switcher. Orders are always billed in INR.
