No-Refund Policy
Divipraa does not offer refunds or returns on any order. The only remedy available is replacement of a genuinely damaged piece, under the strict conditions set out below.

Refunds are not offered
Once an order is placed and dispatched, it cannot be refunded, cancelled for money back, or returned for credit. This applies to every product we sell, including jewellery and lifestyle pieces, and to both domestic and international orders.
What we do offer: replacement
- A continuous parcel-opening (unboxing) video is mandatory. Without it, no replacement claim can be considered.
- Claims must be raised within 8 hours of delivery. After this window we cannot accept any replacement request.
- Replacement is granted only when the unboxing video clearly shows genuine damage to the jewellery itself.
- We do not offer refunds or returns of any kind — only replacement of a damaged item under the conditions above.
- Damage to the outer packaging alone does not qualify. Only actual damage to the product qualifies for replacement.
How to raise a replacement claim
Message us on WhatsApp or email info@divipraa.com within 8 hours of delivery with your order number and your complete, unedited parcel-opening video. Full details are on our Replacement Policy page.
Payments
Because we accept UPI and direct bank transfer only, payments are settled instantly and cannot be reversed by us once received. Please confirm your order details before paying.
