Refund Policy
This page explains when you're eligible for a refund from Divipraa and how long it takes to reach you. All our pieces are premium artificial (imitation) jewellery.

When you're eligible for a refund
- Your item arrived damaged, defective, or was the wrong product.
- Your order was cancelled before it was shipped.
- An approved return where an exchange or store credit isn't suitable.
How to request a refund
Email info@divipraa.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and, for damaged or wrong items, a clear photo within 48 hours of delivery. Once approved, we'll begin your refund.
Refund timelines
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of approval.
- The amount is returned to your original payment method.
- Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a further 5–10 business days to appear.
Non-refundable items
For hygiene reasons, earrings with a broken seal, and made-to-order or personalised pieces, are not eligible for a refund unless they arrive damaged or defective. Shipping charges are non-refundable except where the fault is ours.
