Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your Divipraa pieces. If something isn't right, here's how our hassle-free return and exchange works.

Our 7-day window
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
How to start a return or exchange
- Email info@divipraa.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
- Tell us whether you'd like an exchange, store credit, or a refund.
- We'll share return instructions and, where applicable, a pickup or drop-off option.
What can be exchanged
Most jewellery and lifestyle pieces can be exchanged for a different design or size. For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings can be exchanged only if the seal is unbroken. Made-to-order and personalised pieces are eligible only if they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund promptly.
Return shipping
When the fault is ours (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind exchanges, return shipping may be borne by the customer.
