By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.


1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
  • During sales, festive seasons, or high-demand periods, processing times may be extended.

Divipraa reserves the right to cancel or delay any order due to stock availability, verification issues, or unforeseen circumstances.


2. SHIPPING TIME

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 3–6 business days
  • Non-Metro Cities: 4–8 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier companies
  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Customs clearance
  • Force majeure events

3. SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Any additional charges such as customs, duties, or local taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

4. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

It is the customer’s responsibility to track the shipment and ensure availability at the delivery address.


5. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

Our courier partners will typically attempt delivery up to 2–3 times.

If:

  • The customer is unavailable
  • The address is incorrect or incomplete
  • The package is refused

The order may be returned to us.

In such cases:

  • Re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will exclude shipping and handling charges.

6. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Divipraa is not liable for delivery failures due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Incomplete address
  • Wrong phone number

If an order is returned due to incorrect details, re-shipping charges will apply.


7. RISK OF LOSS

Once the order is handed over to the courier partner, risk of loss transfers to the customer, subject to applicable law.

Customers must report:

  • Missing items
  • Damaged packaging
  • Tampering

within 24 hours of delivery.

Claims raised beyond this period may not be entertained.


8. UNDELIVERED / RETURNED PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Customer refusal
  • Multiple failed delivery attempts
  • Incorrect address

We reserve the right to:

  • Deduct shipping & handling charges
  • Deduct reverse shipping charges
  • Issue refund only after deduction of applicable costs

Repeated refusal of orders may result in account restriction.


9. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (IF APPLICABLE)

For international orders:

  • Delivery timelines may vary.
  • Customs duties, VAT, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Divipraa is not responsible for customs delays or clearance issues.

10. FORCE MAJEURE

Divipraa shall not be held liable for delays or failure to deliver due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, transportation disruptions, or government actions.
