1. NO RETURN / NO EXCHANGE (GENERAL POLICY)
All products sold on www.divipraa.com are non-returnable and non-exchangeable except in cases of:
- Product received in a physically damaged condition
- Incorrect product delivered
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Personal preference or dislike
- Size-related concerns
- Minor color variations due to lighting or screen resolution
- Minor finishing variations
- Delay caused by courier partners
- Refusal to accept delivery
Orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled.
2. DAMAGE OR WRONG ITEM CLAIM (STRICT 3-DAY WINDOW)
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must:
- Notify us within 72 hours (3 days) from the time of delivery

- Provide:
- A complete unboxing video starting from the sealed package
- Clear photographs of the issue
- Order number and contact details
Important Conditions:
- The unboxing video must clearly show the sealed package being opened without cuts or edits.
- Claims without proper unboxing proof may not be accepted.
- Claims raised after 72 hours from delivery will not be eligible for review.
Divipraa reserves the right to reject claims in cases of suspected misuse, tampering, or fraudulent complaints.
3. CLAIM REVIEW & RESOLUTION
Once a complaint is received:
- Our team will verify the evidence submitted.
- If approved, the resolution may include:
- Replacement of the same product (subject to availability), OR
- Refund to the original payment method (if replacement is not possible)
The final decision regarding approval and resolution remains with Divipraa after internal verification.
4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Sale or discounted items
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Gift cards
- Used, worn, altered, or tampered items
5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If a return is approved, reverse pickup may be arranged at our discretion.
- Customers are advised to inspect the package at the time of delivery.
- Any delivery-related discrepancy must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Divipraa shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or incidental damages
- Issues arising due to improper handling after delivery
- Allergic reactions due to individual sensitivities
Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product only.
